Have you ever had surgery? What for?

I have had several surgeries during the years. I’ve had a c-section with my first born. I’ve had surgery on my left knee. I’ve had surgery on my head to remove a cyst.

After the diagnosis of Stage 2 breast cancer, I had several surgeries to implant a chemo port for my treatments. I had surgery to remove the cancer. After that was over I had the port removed.

Surgeries always made me nervous. I made it out okay but still the thought of surgery created anxiety.
