Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?
Every day I practice positivity and I make sure I stay healthy. There is a lot to go through to achieve those. I can’t help who I work alongside. There are times I move around a lot during my shift.
Ever since I was diagnosed with breast cancer I have changed my diet to some extent. I also, take meds I’m supposed to. I’m feeling really awesome!
