Have you ever performed on stage or given a speech?

I have never had the opportunity to perform on stage or given a speech. I never caught the acting bug. I remember in high school one of my assignments was to prepare a speech and deliver it to the class. I was so nervous and I didn’t like to talk to crowds. Also, I had to debate with another student. Egads!
