What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

I see this another or the same prompt some weeks ago. Sometimes repetitive is good.

I usually go walking in my neighborhood. I usually walk for about 30 minutes. I walk on my days off. I always walk at work scanning packages for Amazon. My shifts could range from 3 to 5 hours each.

Walking gives me freedom. It gives my heart a song to sing. It lessens the depression and just makes me feel so much better.
