Routine?

What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?

If this means exercise routine, then I have none. The only exercise I get is walking around at work and scanning packages. I can walk up to four miles a day. I am so tired when I get home.

Sometimes I feel no joy when I get tired. Most things wear me out in a hurry these days. I do like walking though. It helps me release negative vibes and makes me feel better.

Next to that, I like writing in my journal, or decorating each page in another journal. Anything I do with my hands has positive affects.
