Waking with Gratitude

What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

A daily habit I have is waking up with gratitude. I created this habit while undergoing chemo treatments. Even though I was sick I still woke up every morning with gratitude in my heart. I knew at some point the treatments would end and I would be back to some sort of normalcy.

I look at life in a different light now. I enjoy everything in my world, every little thing means so much more to my heart. I embrace everything. Beauty is everywhere.

I feel absolutely fabulous. That’s every day and I am thankful for it. Life is so colorful and vibrant. The blessings have multiplied and they explode with wonder.
